Talking to Aditi Bhonagiri about mental health recovery, therapeutic change and spirituality in psychotherapy

Hello and welcome to the second episode of the Curious About Therapy podcast!

I'm Maurice, a psychotherapeutic counsellor based in Brighton. I started creating these podcast episodes to spread awareness and understanding of mental health issues and available services.

In this episode, I talk to Aditi Bhonagiri. Aditi and I trained together at the Link Centre in Integrative Psychotherapy and Transactional Analysis. Aditi has works as a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and Facilitator of Mental Health support groups in Brighton and East Sussex for several years, including at the Brighton Recovery College, the Brighton Therapy Centre and Refugee Radio. We talk about psychotherapeutic recovery and how we see it in the context of our work and our lived experiences.
